How do we process your data?

We use your name, work email, optional organisation and message only to read your request and answer it, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. It is seen by the person who answers you, our EU host and Google reCAPTCHA, and kept until your request is closed, then deleted. You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. The controller is Legiscope UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Data collected: The name, work email, optional organisation and message you type. reCAPTCHA separately processes technical signals — IP address, browser configuration and how this page is used.
Purpose and basis: Reading your message, answering it and following it up: your consent under Article 6(1)(a), given by sending the form and withdrawable at any time without affecting what was lawful before. Protecting the form from automated abuse: our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
reCAPTCHA: Operated by Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer technical data to Google LLC in the United States under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. See Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
Recipients: The Legiscope people who answer you, Amazon Web Services as hosting processor, and anyone legally entitled to the data. Your message is stored in the EU.
Retention: Kept for as long as your request and its follow-up need, then deleted — sooner if you ask, longer only where a legal obligation or a claim requires it.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, exercised through this form or by post to the address above. The privacy notice explains each right in full.
Complaints: You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) — or with the authority where you live or work.
Obligation: Providing these details is neither statutory nor contractual, but without an email and a message we cannot answer. Nothing you send is subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
